AD (Alpha Derm) Sunscreen Lotion

Composition:

Titanium Dioxide, Nano Zinc Oxide, Octyl Salicylate, Methyl Anthranilate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Cetyl Alcohol, Jojoba Oil, Omega-6-fatty acid, Disodium EDTA , Glycerine.

Description:

Titanium Dioxide:

Physical filter that reflects and scatters UVA and UVB rays.

Nano Zinc Oxide:

Mineral based filter that reflects UVA and UVB rays and with nano particles it provides better coverage and distribution on skin.

Octyl Salicylate:

Absorbs UVB rays preventing sunburn, premature aging and skin damage.

Methyl Anthranilate:

A photostabilizer, chemical filter providing effective protection against both UVA and UVB radiation.

Mechanism of action:

UV rays cause DNA damage, collagen breakdown, inflammation, and pigmentation changes in the skin. They weaken the skin's barrier function, leading to increased water loss and vulnerability to irritants. These effects contribute to photo aging, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and an increased risk of skin cancer. Titanium Dioxide, Nano Zinc Oxide, Octyl Salicylate and Methyl Anthranilate provides broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.

Indications and Usage:

AD Sunscreen Lotion is a broad spectrum sun protection which is non-greasy, non-comedogenic and has SPF 50.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the known ingredients in the product.

 Adverse effects:

Adverse effects are usually mild and may include slight skin irritation, burning and redness. Rare cases there may be some allergic reactions to skin.

Dosage and Administration:

Apply thoroughly on the face, neck and sun exposed area before 20-30 minutes of sun exposure. Re-apply sunscreen after every 3 hours or at time of 8.00 AM, 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily.

Storage:

DO NOT FREEZE.

STORE IN COOL AND DRY PLACE BELOW 25°C.

Caution:

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.

Avoid contact with eyes and other mucous membranes.

Do not use in broken skin.
